Real Estate Services

Services are primarily offered within Southern California. For clients outside of this area, Maurice Williams may refer you to a trusted, licensed real estate professional within his network. In such cases, Maurice Williams may receive a referral fee for the introduction and may remain available as a resource throughout the process to help ensure a smooth experience.

Cruise Incentive Program

The cruise incentive is offered as a promotional benefit to clients who successfully complete a real estate transaction with Maurice Williams.

Eligibility requires the closing of a purchase or sale transaction in which Maurice Williams represents the client, or the successful referral of the client to a partnered agent resulting in a closed transaction.

The cruise voucher is not transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the issuing travel provider.

The cruise fare is included; however, additional costs may apply. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Taxes and port fees

• Registration or processing fees

• Gratuities

• Transportation to and from the departure port

• Onboard purchases, upgrades, excursions, and personal expenses

The cruise incentive is not guaranteed until the successful closing of a qualifying real estate transaction. Offer is subject to change, availability, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Void where prohibited by law.
